Introduction

The audio [Mixer] is the number one feature in Jamzone.

Each audio components of the song is recorded, in-studio, on its own track to give you complete and instantaneous control on its volume so you can create the perfect mix of instruments and vocals that will back you up. It’s a complete band in your pocket.

Metronome Click Track

The [Click] and [Pre-count] track on the left side to control the metronome click sound to help you get started and stay in beat.

Each track in the [Mixer] is composed of:

If several (or all) tracks are selected as "solo", it can cause issues like mixer changes not saving properly, or the inability to solo tracks.

💡If you ever feel stuck in one of these modes you must reset your mixer settings to default value, here’s how to fix it:

Master track

a [Master] volume track on the right side to let you control the overall volume of the song and harmonise the levels within a setlist.

Audio input (Apple only)

Record a jam session that includes your voice input from your device's built-in microphone, or any microphone and instrument input using an appropriate audio interface.

Device internal microphone

  1. To enable audio inputs in the mixer, tap on the "Inputs" button in the mixer control panel.

  2. Authorize Jamzone to access your microphone.

<aside> ⚠️ To prevent any audio feedback loop resulting in a Larsen effect, you must connect headphones to use your device's internal mic.

  1. Connect a compatible audio interface to your device.

  2. To enable audio inputs in the mixer, tap the "Inputs" button in the mixer control panel.
